Graduated quilling paper is perfect to add a unique look to your quilled designs. The graduated quilling paper fades to white over the full 12 inch length. Our dark-center graduated papers go from white to colored and then back to white over the 12 inch length. Each pack contains 50 strips of quilling paper.
